What types of coaching do you offer?

We mainly offer online coaching through our dedicated app, giving you flexible access to all your plans wherever you are. Our coaching includes personalised nutrition plans, workout routines, cardio targets, supplement guidance, and weekly check-ins to track your progress and keep you motivated. How long are your programs?

Our coaching packages are as long as you need them, there’s no fixed contract tying you down. Many clients hit their initial goals, then set new ones, and continue their journey with us for years.

While we recommend a minimum commitment of three months, because lasting change takes time, this isn’t a strict contract. To undo a lifetime of habits and build sustainable fitness, it usually takes longer than just a few weeks. We’re here to support you for the long haul, whether that’s a few months or several years.

Do I need prior fitness experience to join?

Not at all! Our coaching is designed to support people at every stage of their fitness journey. Whether you’re new to training or an experienced athlete, we’ll customise workouts and nutrition plans to match your current level. We focus on building confidence and capability step-by-step, ensuring you feel comfortable and empowered throughout.

What kind of results can I expect?

Every client is different, however with consistent effort and our guidance, you can expect to see improvements in strength, body composition, energy levels, and overall wellbeing within the first few weeks.

Many clients also report increased confidence, better sleep, and improved mental clarity. Our focus is on long-term, sustainable changes—not just quick results.

Can I coach around my busy schedule?

Absolutely! We proudly coach clients from all walks of life,from college students to retirees, long-haul pilots, driving instructors, CEOs, and everyone in between. No matter how hectic or unpredictable your schedule is, we create personalised coaching plans that fit you, not the other way around.

Our expertise lies in understanding your unique lifestyle and commitments, then tailoring workouts and nutrition strategies that slot seamlessly into your day. This means you get maximum results without sacrificing the things that matter most to you.

What if I have injuries or health concerns?

While we are not doctors or medical professionals, your safety is our top priority. We will do our utmost to keep you safe by tailoring your workouts and nutrition plans to suit your individual needs.

If any health issues or injuries arise during your coaching plan, you can cancel immediately, no contracts or long-term commitments here, unlike many other coaching companies. We want you to feel confident and supported every step of the way.

How do I get started?

Once you’re ready to take the first step, just let us know! We always insist on having a call before you commit.

The call helps us both make sure we’re a great fit for each other. On the call, we listen carefully to your current struggles, challenges, and past attempts, so we can understand exactly what hasn’t worked before.

That way, we can tailor a plan to get it right this time—together. You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions and know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

What payment methods do you accept Direct Debit?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards.

When you sign up, you’ll make your first payment from the card or bank account you prefer, and after that, we take care of the rest.

We set up your payments to come out automatically each month on the date that suits you best making it simple and hassle-free to stay on track with your coaching.
