All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. A contract between you and Dedicated Coaching Ltd is formed only when your order is dispatched.
We accept payment via major debit/credit cards and other secure payment gateways. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the payment provider.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Any delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including postal or courier delays.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items such as underwear or worn gym clothing.
